Refunds are issued to the original payment method only after the returned item is received and inspected. Please allow 5 to 10 business days for processing.

 

Shipping costs are non-refundable. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

 

 

5. Shipping Issues and Seized Packages

 

FLWR POWER is not responsible for:

 

  • Delays caused by shipping carriers

  • Lost, stolen, or seized packages

  • Orders impacted by local, state, or federal enforcement

 

Once an order has shipped, ownership and risk transfer to the customer.

 

 

6. Chargebacks and Disputes

 

By purchasing from FLWR POWER, you agree not to file chargebacks or payment disputes for orders that fall within this Return Policy.

 

Unauthorized chargebacks may result in account termination and refusal of future service.

 

 

7. Refused or Undeliverable Packages

 

Orders returned due to incorrect address information, refusal, or delivery failure are not eligible for free reshipment. Additional shipping fees may apply.
