4. Shipping and Restricted Locations
We ship only to locations where hemp-derived THC-A products are permitted by law. We reserve the right to cancel or refund any order that cannot be legally shipped.
Once an order has shipped, FLWR POWER is not responsible for delays, seizures, or issues caused by carriers or local authorities.
5. Pricing and Payments
All prices are listed in U.S. dollars and are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors and to cancel orders placed at incorrect prices.
Payment must be received in full before orders are processed or shipped.
6. Returns and Refunds
Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges unless the product arrives damaged or incorrect.
If there is an issue with your order, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photo documentation.
